Whether you're a ramen connoisseur or a newbie looking to explore new tastes, Nami Ramen offers a unique dining experience that is both satisfying and comforting.

The menu at Nami Ramen is an exciting journey through traditional and contemporary ramen dishes. You can choose from a variety of broths, from rich tonkotsu to lighter shoyu or miso. For those who want a bit of everything, the ramen bowls are fully customizable, allowing you to add extras like soft-boiled eggs, tender pork belly, or crispy vegetables. It's clear that Nami Ramen focuses on quality ingredients, making each bowl a perfect balance of flavor and texture.

The ambiance at Nami Ramen plays a big role in making it a standout. The interior is casual but thoughtfully designed, offering a welcoming vibe for both families and groups of friends. Whether you're seated at the counter or at a table, the friendly staff ensures you feel at home, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

One of the most popular menu items is the Tonkotsu Ramen, featuring a rich and creamy pork bone broth that’s slow-simmered to perfection. This dish is a standout for its deep, savory flavor and the perfect amount of richness. For those who prefer something lighter, the Shoyu Ramen offers a soy-based broth that’s flavorful but not overwhelming, providing a more delicate taste while still delivering that satisfying warmth. Vegetarians will also find a home at Nami Ramen, with options like the Veggie Ramen, which highlights fresh, seasonal vegetables in a savory broth.

The staff at Nami Ramen are not just friendly but knowledgeable, offering insightful recommendations based on what you're in the mood for. They take the time to explain the menu in detail, helping you pick the perfect bowl of ramen for your taste. This attention to detail is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to providing an authentic experience.

If you're not in the mood for ramen, Nami Ramen also offers a variety of appetizers like gyoza and takoyaki. These small plates are perfect for sharing, making them a great way to start your meal. The crispy gyoza, in particular, is a must-try. The dumplings are stuffed with savory fillings and pan-fried to a golden crisp, creating the perfect bite-sized treat.

What makes Nami Ramen stand out, aside from the food, is its dedication to quality. Everything is made from scratch, ensuring the freshest taste in every bowl. The ramen broth, for example, takes hours to prepare, extracting flavors from high-quality ingredients to create something truly special. For anyone who appreciates the art of ramen, the dedication to craftsmanship at Nami Ramen is clear.

The location itself, at 278 Skinker Blvd, is convenient for locals and visitors alike. It's just a short drive from popular attractions like Forest Park and the St. Louis Art Museum, making it an easy stop for lunch or dinner while exploring the city. Parking is available nearby, and the cozy vibe makes it a great spot for a casual meal or a relaxing evening with friends.

Nami Ramen has quickly earned a loyal following, and the rave reviews online are a testament to the quality and consistency the restaurant offers. • Loved the spicy vegetable ramen. Service was pretty quick during peak hours (7pm-8pm) . Would definitely come back here again.

  • Delicious! Tasted everyone's food and it was all full of flavor. I had the chef special noodles dish..it was very spicy but would order it again. Also tried the shrimp fried rice and the katsu chicken both of which were outstanding. Appetizers were also great and included calamari and fried soft tofu. Highly recommend, I'll be back!

  • Listen, when it’s 20 below zero outside (okay, fine, maybe just Midwest “feels like” weather), there are only a few acceptable ways to survive: 1) Hibernate like a bear, 2) Move to a tropical island, or 3) Drown yourself in a giant bowl of ramen. Since options one and two aren’t realistic, I went to Nami Ramen. And let me tell you, this place gets it. I ordered the Curry Laksa, because when your face is freezing off, nothing revives your soul like a steaming bowl of curried coconut broth. It’s rich, it’s creamy, it’s got just the right amount of spice to remind you that you’re still alive. Floating in this golden elixir? Jumbo shrimp (yes, actual jumbo, not “shrimp-sized” shrimp). Is this the best ramen in St. Louis? I don’t know, but when you’re in a cold-induced existential crisis, it sure tastes like it. And in case you were wondering—yes, she is #stlouispescatarianapproved. Now, go warm up before you start considering hibernation again.

  • Great, deep flavor. The Ramen, chicken fried rice, and Japanese style chicken were all very delicious. All of us will be returning frequently.

  • Quick & satisfying. We paid extra for the chili spice bombs and sadly they weren’t spicy at all … I used my entire bomb . They do offer veggie ramen here as well , omit the egg to be a vegan bowl . Good flavor . Good service . I knock a star for lack of spice and the place is in need of a serious deep clean .

  • Love this place. Has been my fiancé and I’s favorite ramen spot for years now. My only critique are the gnats. I would come here more often, but don’t like fighting for my food to be gnat free after every bite. It’s an annoyance, borderline deal breaker however the ramen is some of the best in the city.

  • This was my second time at Nami Ramen, both times were incredible! The ramen is out of this world, so hearty & filling, but also light as to not overfill. Highly recommended! Edited to add pic of first visit!
